Job Highlights: Competitive Compensation: $22 per hour Location: Lindamood-Bell Learning Center, Walnut Creek, CA (in-person position) Position: Part-time Clinician/Tutor Company: Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes Start Date: Immediate openings available We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Clinicians/Tutors at our Lindamood-Bell Learning Center in Walnut Creek, CA. As a Clinician/Tutor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students of all ages, helping them to reach their full potential in reading and comprehension. About the Role: Prior teaching experience is not required, as we provide comprehensive paid training in our programs. This part-time position requires availability Monday through Friday, with generally less than 30 hours per week. You will implement positive-reinforcement strategies, possess excellent reading, spelling, and comprehension skills, and have basic computer skills. Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group instruction, in-person, implementing specific lesson plans under the direction of Learning Center leadership Facilitate the use of the curriculum provided for Lindamood-Bell Academy students Interact positively and professionally with clients and staff to provide a safe and positive learning environment Manage client records electronically using a computer Benefits: Paid time off, including 10 paid holidays, vacation, sick, and closure hours Eligibility for 401(k) benefit after 6 consecutive months of employment Company-wide discounts on various services and products We Encourage You to Apply!
