You'll be part of a dynamic team, working closely with Account Managers, Designers, and Klaviyo Technicians to deliver exceptional results. Job Summary: As an Email Designer, you will create visually compelling, brand-aligned email designs that drive conversions and engagement. You'll work with campaign briefs, brand books, and style guidelines to develop cohesive visuals, and collaborate with our team to ensure seamless project delivery. Responsibilities: Design stunning, high-converting email campaigns that meet brand style and voice guidelines Participate in design trainings, team meetings, and contribute to the development of our design team Work with brand books, style guidelines, and previous designs to create cohesive email marketing campaigns Monitor internal and external communications, ensuring project milestones are met and deadlines are achieved Collaborate with Account Managers and Klaviyo Technicians to deliver exceptional results and support each other's success Skills & Competencies: 2+ years of experience in email design, with a portfolio showcasing your expertise Highly proficient in Figma, with a deep understanding of its features and capabilities Knowledge of email marketing principles, including Klaviyo, and how to translate designs into effective emails Strong understanding of design principles, brand consistency, and the ability to adapt to different design styles Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and receive feedback Requirements: Minimum 2 years of email design experience, with an e-commerce focus preferred Minimum 1 year of experience working in Figma, with in-depth knowledge of its features and capabilities Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Understanding of design principles, brand consistency, and the ability to adapt to different design styles What We Offer: Collaborative, dynamic work environment with a dedicated team Part-time, remote freelance role with flexible working hours Competitive compensation: $1150-$1250 USD per month Opportunities for growth, development, and professional advancement Recruitment Process: Initial interview with our hiring team Interview with our client company Second interview with our client company (if required) Test task (if required) Decision and official job offer Ready to Apply?
