Position Overview: We're seeking a passionate and licensed Property & Casualty Agent to join our pet insurance team at Chewy, where you'll play a vital role in helping pet owners protect their beloved companions. As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll educate customers about our premier pet insurance policies, tailor coverage plans to suit their unique needs, and provide exceptional customer service. About the Role: In this remote position, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, utilizing your consultative skills to understand customer needs and present the value of our pet insurance policies. You'll answer inbound warm leads, overcome objections, and enroll pets in comprehensive coverage.
