About the Role As a Part-Time/Full-Time Operations Associate (Evenings), you will be responsible for: Conducting quality checks on customer orders to ensure they meet Rinse's high cleaning standards Physically moving and monitoring inventory between our cleaning partners, truck, and valet vehicles, while accurately tracking orders throughout the warehousing and delivery process Driving a Rinse-provided 16' box truck between our cleaning partners and load-out locations in the Greater Boston Area Collaborating with a small team to troubleshoot customer issues and logistics challenges Providing support to our Valets and managing evening dispatch from a remote dispatch location within our truck Serving as Rinse Boston's primary point of contact for daily metrics, issues, status updates, reports, or requests for resources Ideal Candidate To succeed in this role, you should: Embody our core values of "Taking Ownership," "Respect," "Honesty," and working to "Delight and Amaze Our Customers" Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with strong attention to detail Communicate effectively with teammates, think on your feet, and problem-solve multiple issues while maintaining attention to detail under pressure Have 2 years of relevant work experience or a High School Diploma or College Degree (College Degree Preferred) Be comfortable working on your feet for long durations, lifting loads averaging 30lbs (up to 50lbs), and driving or willing to learn to drive a Rinse-provided 16' box truck Be proficient in Google Docs and iOS devices Work Schedule We offer both part-time and full-time schedules: Full-Time: Consistent 30+ hour schedule, including regularly scheduled Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts (4:00pm - midnight) Part-Time: Minimum of 3 days per week, consistent 20-30 hour schedule, including regularly scheduled Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts (4:00pm - midnight) Why You'll Love Working at Rinse We offer: A high-caliber team and collaborative work environment that values honesty and open communication Opportunities to make an impact on our growing organization and develop your professional skills Competitive compensation and great benefits, including snacks and Rinse credit towards Wash and Fold/Dry cleaning About Rinse Rinse is building the first and largest national, and eventually global, brand in clothing care.
