Job Overview What We Offer Competitive salary range: $39.00 - $58.50 Sign-on bonus available Full-time hours with eligibility for employee benefits PTO accrual and daily food and housing allowance Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and dynamic work environment Responsibilities The successful candidate will: Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized patient care Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise Provide patient education, triage, and various other nursing interventions Function within the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules Requirements To be considered for this role, you should: Be a graduate from a National League of Nursing (NLN) or American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) accredited nursing program Hold a current, unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing Have a minimum of one year of nursing experience (preferred) Obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications Benefits and Culture Sanford Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and a generous time-off package.
