Job Description: As a Manager - Pilot Offering and Trading Support Group, you will be responsible for hiring, training, leading, and developing a team of support specialists who provide assistance to pilots with questions about pilot scheduling applications. You will also be responsible for supporting the team's efforts in creating a positive work environment while delivering an enhanced customer experience for pilots.
