As a Virtual Retail Mobile Expert, you'll be responsible for: Providing personalized solutions to our customers, enhancing their lives with the right devices and services Analyzing customer needs and customizing packages of wireless, voice, and data products and services Educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions to our customers Consistently meeting performance targets, including sales, customer experience, and quality of sale metrics To succeed in this role, you'll need: High School Diploma/GED and 12 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment Customer acquisition sales skills, including competitive drive and confidence for success Troubleshooting and working knowledge of IoT, computer hardware proficiency, and ability to navigate between Windows systems Superior customer service skills, building loyalty and customer satisfaction In return, you'll enjoy a competitive base salary of $18.00 per hour, an annualized incentive target of $16,800, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k), employee stock grants, and employee stock purchase plan Paid time off, holidays, and parental leave Mobile service and home internet discounts, pet insurance, and access to commuter and transit programs At T-Mobile, we're committed to creating a culture that's inclusive, diverse, and empowering.
