Job Title: Drive Away Driver - Deliver Excellence on the Open Road

Responsibilities: Safely operate a variety of vehicles, including delivery vans, tractor-trailers, roll-off trucks, and forklifts, to transport goods and materials to designated locations in a timely manner. Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving, ensuring the safety of yourself and others on the road. Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures. Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks to ensure they're in good working condition. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption, providing valuable insights for our operations team. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless operations. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and security, upholding our commitment to excellence. Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving, with a strong understanding of vehicle operations and safety protocols. Ability to operate vehicles with manual transmissions, ensuring smooth and efficient transportation. Familiarity with different types of freight, including refrigerated trailers and tankers, and knowledge of safety protocols for handling hazardous materials (if applicable). Strong attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional results.
