Job Summary: As an Area Manager - Floor, you will be responsible for communicating with individuals and groups, implementing business plans, managing staffing and scheduling, and maintaining quality and safety standards. You will also supervise and develop associates and leaders, identify and resolve concerns, and analyze business reports to drive productivity.
