Job title: Job Opportunity | Richmond, VA | QA Tester in Richmond, VA at Artech Information Systems Company: Artech Information Systems Job description : Job Title: QA Tester – Credit Card Conversion Project Location: Richmond, VA – Hybrid (3 days in-office, Mon–Thurs optional, Fri remote) Duration: 6 Months Overview The candidate will be supporting a credit card conversion project within a financial services organization. This is a small team focused on validating credit card authorization functionality. Responsibilities Execute test cases simulating various credit card usage scenarios. Write and maintain test cases. Validate authorization flows using internal tools. Confirm expected outcomes through backend verification. Document test results and maintain testing artifacts. Communicate cross-functionally to ensure accurate validation when upstream systems are involved. Skills 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or software testing roles. Experience in the financial services industry, preferably in large enterprises. Familiarity or working knowledge of Splunk. Understanding of green screen environments (familiarity with TSYS or similar systems is a plus). Exposure to or experience with Cucumber for behavior-driven testing.
