As a key member of our janitorial team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our commercial customers' facilities. Key Highlights: Competitive Compensation: $11-$13 per hour Flexible Scheduling: Full-Time and Part-Time positions available, with varying shifts between 7am-11pm, Monday-Friday, and occasional weekend work Opportunities for Growth: Career advancement opportunities and professional development support Diverse and Inclusive Work Environment: Join a team of over 4,000 members dedicated to delivering excellent work Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of restrooms, breakrooms, and other designated areas Collect and dispose of trash, ensuring proper replacement of trash bags Perform floor cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming Dust furniture, walls, and other surfaces, and polish windows for a sparkling environment Operate cleaning equipment and use supplies following Kimco standards for quality service Securely lock doors to ensure building security and safety Requirements: Prior experience (at least 6 months) in janitorial services or commercial cleaning is preferred Ability to bend, stoop, stand, walk, reach, and climb for extended periods of time Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs. consistently and occasionally up to 50 lbs. unassisted A positive team player with a can-do attitude Why Choose Kimco Facility Services?
