The iSchool Mentor plays a key role in supporting and guiding a team of tutors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational services during live sessions. This position requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a passion for mentoring and education. Additionally, the mentor will also be responsible for covering live sessions. Key Responsibilities: Covering live sessions for his team or any other necessary sessions. Provides guidance, support, and mentorship to a team of tutors. Oversee and manage live tutoring sessions to ensure smooth delivery and high engagement. Work closely with tutors to enhance their teaching skills and instructional techniques. Support the development and implementation of effective teaching strategies. Monitor performance and provide regular feedback to promote professional growth. Ensure consistency and quality across all educational sessions. Serves as a point of contact for resolving instructional or tutoring challenges. Requirements Strong background in education or a related field. Experience in tutoring, teaching, or educational leadership preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
