This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting on the phone and helps investors succeed. Provide specialized support to members seeking to find an agent or lender. Communicate with investors directly via SMS. Schedule and take calls with members. Engage with investors and learn about their strategies. Document detailed notes for follow-up. Manage a calendar of appointments and a phone line. Requirements: At least 2 years of work experience – preferably in a customer service or a communications environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience using various channels for delivering customer support, including phone, email, live chat, and CRM software. Experience in Real Estate preferred. A growth mindset and willingness to be flexible when needed.
