Title: Investment Banking Senior Analyst Location: REMOTE Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a high performing, specialty boutique investment bank based out of Washington DC with a focus on the ADG space looking to add a Senior Analyst to their team that will be able to work remotely. This individual will be able to gain extremely valuable hands on deal experience while working at a firm that offers a work life balance that is truly unparalleled. The Investment Banking Senior Analyst will be responsible for: Supporting senior bankers by creating information memorandum, management presentations, marketing pitches/materials, conducting client due diligence, industry research, and managing buyers list Assisting in all phases of the transaction process Supporting new business development and investment banking engagements The Investment Banking Senior Analyst should have: At least 1 year of investment banking experience in the Aerospace, Defense & Government sector Strong understanding of financial statements and reports Excellent technical writing skills and attention to detail Intellectual curiosity and ability to work independently while collaborating with senior bankers Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and take ownership of tasks Entrepreneurial mindset with a team-oriented approach Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related field This role is moving quickly, so if you're interested in this opportunity please apply in directly below!
