Join our mission-driven team at City Year as an Impact Manager, where you'll lead a team of AmeriCorps members to drive student success and educational equity in Boston Public Schools. Job Description We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Impact Manager to oversee a team of 6-15 AmeriCorps members, guiding them through a full-time school-based service year. As an Impact Manager, you'll be responsible for: Leading, managing, and coaching AmeriCorps members to deliver academic and student engagement supports, developing their leadership skills and civic capacity. Building and managing partnerships with school administration, teachers, and staff to ensure effective service delivery and student impact. Analyzing student-level data to inform service strategies and drive improvement in targeted areas. Serving as a trusted advisor to principals and school staff, contributing to instructional leadership teams, and fostering strong relationships with school stakeholders. Requirements Experience working in a school, educational, or youth-support setting, with at least one year of experience in a leadership or management role. Proven ability to develop and manage complex relationships, hold team members accountable, and address conflict effectively. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate AmeriCorps members. Passion for and understanding of City Year's work in the national service movement and education sphere. What We Offer Competitive salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year.
