The total rewards package for this role includes a competitive salary.   Who We Are: • One of the fastest-growing quick-service restaurants in the country • Industry leader in Customer Service & Hospitality • Faith-based, family-owned company Pay Type: • $13/hr (18 , Part-time) Schedule: • Part-time, 3 days a week • Evening Shift: 4:00PM-10:00PM Benefits: • Access to scholarships at up to $2500 per year • Sundays Off • Flexible Hours • Positive Work Environment • Free Employee Meals • Free Gym Membership • Simple IRA Program Required skills: • Must be 18 years of age or older • Ability to multitask • Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace • Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic • Positive attitude • Customer service-oriented • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members • Ability to stand for prolonged periods (entire shift), walk, bend, kneel, squat, stand • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Responsibilities: • Must be available until close(10PM) at least 3 days a week • Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times • Maintain food safety standard by ensuring the dishes are properly washed, rinsed, sanitized, and dried • Ensure the dishes are completely clean of grease and food debris • Maintain cleanliness of workstation, keeping the floors clean of excess water, cleaning the sinks in between washes, cleaning the dishwasher, etc • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager • Change and compact all trash and boxes throughout the night • Scrape and clean the Henny and Fry filters on weekly basis • Always adhere to all company policies and procedures Thank you for your interest in employment at Chick-fil-A at the Waterfront!
