Head of Sports Department

About the Position The Brownwood Independent School District is seeking an experienced Girls Athletics Coach to lead our girls' sports teams. As a key member of our athletic department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective coaching strategies to help our student-athletes achieve success both on and off the field. Duties and Responsibilities • Develop and implement game plans that align with UIL rules and regulations. • Conduct regular team practices and training sessions. • Provide guidance and support to student-athletes in achieving their academic and athletic goals. • Work collaboratively with the athletic director to schedule competitions and plan season activities. • Maintain accurate records and reports related to team performance and athlete eligibility.
