Description: Researching, resolving, and communicating issues regarding Medicare Part D coverage and benefits. Work cross functionally with different departments to support member concerns. Outreach to members with resolutions. Detail-oriented with proficient research skills and ability to analyze data. Close grievances cases daily, maintaining high quality standards. Requirements: 2 plus years of experience working within a customer service role on several computer applications and complex databases for research, including Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Previous experience within Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or pharmaceutical related industry (preferred). Previous Med D grievance experience (preferred). Bachelors Degree preferred.
