Global Product Lead, Full Funnel Measurement - Unlock Business Growth through Data-Driven Solutions

Job Overview: We're seeking a highly skilled and strategic Global Product Lead to drive business outcomes through measurement and help our customers achieve their goals. As a key member of our team, you will develop and activate Google-caliber go-to-market (GTM) and product strategies, partnering with cross-functional teams to turn our measurement products into complete advertising solutions. Key Responsibilities: Inform global commercial strategy for display and video performance measurement, supporting global sales teams through training, materials, and incentives Partner with regional sales and GTM stakeholders to identify regional needs and develop insights to inform commercial/product strategies Deliver sales enablement training, organize office hours, and facilitate co-pitching for pilot cases on Full Funnel measurement Collaborate with Product Management to influence product roadmaps and ensure they reflect the measurement needs of our customers Track business growth against key performance indicators (KPIs), identify and execute on growth opportunities, and provide feedback to support executive reviews Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 6 years of experience in sales, go-to-market, or commercialization related functions 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading ambiguous and complex operational/strategic initiatives, and change management Experience in digital advertisement strategy and a passion for connecting formats, audiences, and channels through data Knowledge of digital media measurement, including cross-channel measurement, incrementality, and media mix modeling Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks/documents What We Offer: Competitive salary range: $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits Opportunity to work with a talented team and make a real difference in the lives of our customers Flexible working arrangements, including remote work options and a choice of locations (New York, NY, USA; Ann Arbor, MI, USA; Chicago, IL, USA; Mountain View, CA, USA; San Francisco, CA, USA; Los Angeles, CA, USA) Comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development How to Apply: If you're a motivated and strategic leader with a passion for data-driven solutions, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
