About the position As a Merchandising Supervisor, you will lead and develop associates to ensure excellent customer service through effective merchandising, pricing, and recovery processes. Your role involves executing store merchandising standards, maintaining a well-organized sales floor, and coaching team members to meet company standards while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Responsibilities ? Execute store merchandising standards following visual merchandising direction. , ? Maintain a well-recovered selling floor with clear and compelling product displays. , ? Remerchandise and replenish products based on sell-through and seasonal changes. , ? Coach and train merchandising associates on company standards and product knowledge. , ? Ensure accurate execution of pricing activities, including price changes and ticketing procedures. , ? Support the Operations team in merchandising incoming products efficiently. , ? Lead with integrity and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture. , ? Model and guide associates in customer service philosophies and resolving issues. , ? Monitor daily store activity to prevent loss and ensure adherence to company policies. , ? Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive store results and make informed decisions. Requirements ? Must be at least 18 years of age or older. , ? Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills. , ? Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
