With a thriving customer community and top-rated products, we’re scaling aggressively and seeking a Growth & Marketing Leader to help accelerate revenue expansion. About the Role We need a Head of Growth / E-Commerce CMO (Consultant) with a strong background in high-revenue DTC e-commerce to drive strategy and execution. This role is hourly, flexible, and NDA-protected, making it ideal for: ? Marketing leaders between roles looking to stay engaged ? Growth experts with a full-time job seeking extra income Key Responsibilities • Growth Strategy – Develop and execute scalable acquisition, retention, and brand expansion strategies. • Omnichannel Marketing – Oversee paid media, influencer partnerships, email/SMS, and new channel initiatives. • Data-Driven Optimization – Leverage CAC, ROAS, LTV, and AOV to refine marketing spend and drive performance. • SOP Creation & Process Improvement – Help streamline workflows and optimize scalable marketing operations. • Flexible Execution – Work on tasks at your convenience via ClickUp, with Slack for team communication.
