Duties and Responsibilities: ● Works with leadership team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels. ● Achieve strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks. ● Trains new Team Members and follow up to ensure they’re equipped for success. ● Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback. ● DRIVES THE FOOD TRUCK to the selling location. ● Responsible for assisting with inventory management. ● Continuously strategizes how to improve sales and processes on the food truck. ● Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 40 pounds ● Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures Required Skills: ● Self-leader committed to personal growth ● Passion for hospitality and serving others ● Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic ● Positive attitude ● Willingness to step outside of job role to assist in other roles ● Customer-service oriented ● Effective communication skills with not only our guests but other team members as well ● Must be an excellent coach, communicator, and team builder ● Strong desire to serve others ● Consistent sense of urgency and works at an efficient, yet thorough pace ● Ability to multitask ● Honors and encourages others to follow the visions and values of the business.
