FP&A team helps management execute the company’s financial strategy. We conduct comprehensive financial analyses looking for opportunities to improve the company’s financial performance, being responsible for financial forecasting & reporting to investors. What You'll Be Doing: Financial Modeling - develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives; Reporting - prepare and present regular financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management; Data-driven insights- collect, define and interpret Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement; Autonomous projects and company analysis- seek and participate in strategic projects that may provide improvements to our operations. What You Need To Succeed: Spreadsheet wizardry- mastery of Excel with the ability to present data clearly; Finance junky- passion for numbers, trends, and the intricacies of corporate finance, with a background in business, finance, or related fields; Tech savvy- someone who embraces innovation and isn’t afraid to experiment —whether it’s learning new software, automating processes using SQL, and leveraging generative AI tools like ChatGPT; Team player- collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team; Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both portuguese and english; Critical thinking - Have an analytical mind and the ability to solve problems with attention to detail.
