We are seeking a Federal Program Manager to lead strategic growth across numerous Federal agencies, including DoD, USACE, NAVFAC, and AFCEC, by overseeing multi-disciplinary programs and delivering innovative planning and design solutions. The candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale IDIQ, MATOC, SATOC, etc. programs, preparing and leading project work plans/methodologies, and mentoring and leading project/task order managers. Requirements Possess proficient experience and understanding of interdisciplinary relationships between technical resources, clients, and stakeholders. Demonstrated business development/marketing experience as a ‘Seller-Doer’ including proposal management and technical response proposals (SF330, Design/Build, etc.). Build rapport and establish positive relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure client-focused performance. Understand our competitor services and offerings; actively build our technical services to be comparable with, or superior to, competitors’ consulting service offerings. Possess excellent computer skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Adobe, and Bluebeam. Specific experience with Design/Build and other emerging alternate project delivery methods is preferred. BS/BA Architecture or Engineering; Bachelor of Architecture; or MS/MA Architecture or Engineering. Licensed Architect (RA/AIA) or Professional Engineer (PE). Minimum of 25 years of experience in the coordination and management of Federal DoD and/or Federal Civilian markets, programs, and projects. Project Management Professional (PMP) Credentials preferred.
