Description: Blue Mountain Loans is seeking a Virtual Executive Assistant for executive support. Provide administrative support to the CEO and CSO, including calendar management and travel arrangements. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents focused on industry insights. Handle Board meetings and manage communications with various stakeholders. Collaborate with the sales team on client needs and organize sales meetings. Manage special projects aligned with company goals and maintain confidentiality. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, management, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of executive support experience, preferably within the finance and management company Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Box, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and other project management tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise reports and presentations. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a high level of attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Previous experience supporting C-level executives in a software or SaaS company. Ability to work independently or remotely with minimal supervision and be a team player.
