We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Reporting & Design Coordinator to support our team by managing critical monthly reporting, ensuring data accuracy, creating engaging visual content, and providing general operational support. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and Canva, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys independent work, and possesses excellent communication skills. Schedule This position offers some flexibility in scheduling, with core hours Monday-Thursday between 8am and 6pm Primary Responsibilities Reporting & Data Management: Prepare and deliver accurate and timely end-of-month and monthly retention reports using Excel and Salesforce. Perform rigorous quality control (QC) checks on large Excel reports to ensure data integrity. Analyze data to identify trends and discrepancies Maintain and update relevant databases and reporting templates. Graphic Design: Assist with creating visually appealing and informative graphics, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva. Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications. Operational Support: Schedule and coordinate team events, trainings, and meetings. Provide backup support to Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) as needed. Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the team's efficiency. Organize and maintain digital files. Required Qualifications Microsoft Excel Canva Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time-management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders. Proactive and self-motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Adaptability and willingness to do repetitive tasks Preferred Qualifications Experience in the insurance industry. Prior experience in a role involving administrative support. Experience with scheduling and event planning. Customer service experience.
