As an Adult Education Instructor, you will play a vital role in helping adult learners achieve their educational goals and obtain their Indiana High School Equivalency Diploma. Job Summary: Provide instruction and support to adult learners in preparation for the Indiana High School Equivalency Diploma Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of adult learners Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive and supportive learning environment Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and data in accordance with DWD and Adult Education policy Requirements: Bachelor's degree required; teaching license preferred Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of learners and staff Proficiency in using technology and software programs to facilitate instruction Pass a Criminal History Background Check What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate of $41.00 per hour Opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of adult learners Collaborative and supportive work environment How to Apply: If you are a motivated and dedicated educator looking to make a difference, please apply now.
