Electrical Mechanical CNC Machine Maintenance Specialist - 3rd Shift

Join Our Team and Take Your Career to the Next Level! We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Mechanical CNC Machine Maintenance Specialist to join our team on the 3rd shift. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a broad spectrum of electrical, electronic, controls, mechanical, and maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal operation of our state-of-the-art CNC machines. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading integrated manufacturer of advanced design cutting tools and machine building capabilities. Responsibilities: Perform electrical, electronic, controls, mechanical, and maintenance tasks on 3rd shift Diagnose, repair, align, and calibrate a variety of equipment and machines Utilize micrometers, gauge blocks, precision squares, torque wrenches, oscilloscope, voltage meters, ohm meters, phase rotation testers, and laser equipment Analyze and utilize schematics, engineering drawings, and specifications Fitting spindles and bearings, machining replacement parts, and installing electrical components, circuits, and equipment Maintain industrial electrical equipment and systems, comply with electrical codes, and troubleshoot and repair electronic controls Requirements: Two or more years of industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in a CNC environment One or more years of lathe, mill, and/or machining center maintenance experience Possess knowledge of relay and digital logic, ladder drawings, and schematics Able to work 3rd shift and possess a solid work history US citizen or green card holder, with a residence within a 45-minute drive of our New Berlin, WI location What We Offer: Competitive salary of up to $33 per hour Full benefits and a permanent W-2 employee position Opportunities for growth and development in a stable and supportive work environment State-of-the-art equipment and technology A family-run company with a great reputation and a commitment to promoting from within How to Apply: If you are a motivated and skilled maintenance professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application, including your resume and contact information.
