Location: Remote/Hybrid (UAE-based) Hours: 10-15 hours per week What You’ll Do: Engage with prospective students and parents to explain our education consultancy services. Provide exceptional customer service and guide clients through the admissions process. Follow up on inquiries and ensure customer conversions. Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities to improve services. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback. What We’re Looking For: Current university student in the UAE with strong communication skills. Fluent in English (additional languages like Russian or Arabic are a plus). A proactive, customer-focused attitude with a knack for problem-solving. Sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required). Self-motivated and able to manage your time effectively.
