Description: • As a Digital UX Designer at GFiber, you will be at the forefront of shaping innovative user experiences across our user facing platforms. • Work within Figma to create design artifacts such as user flows, wireframes, visual mocks, and interactive prototypes. • Independently present your work to cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations. • Understand, utilize, and contribute to the evolution of the GFiber design system and visual language. • Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers throughout all stages of product development. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing your design process and final outputs. • Experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma), building typography stacks and style guides. • Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, or working with a user research team. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with product managers, engineers and designers.
