Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented EDI Business Analyst to assist in clearing a backlog of Salesforce cases and contribute to several large-scale data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in EDI, Salesforce, data cleanup, and analytics, with strong problem-solving skills to manage project workloads effectively. Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Case Management: • Assist with a backlog of Salesforce cases, ensuring timely resolution, and improving workflows and processes where needed. Data Cleanup: • Work on data validation, cleansing, and maintenance tasks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of critical business data across multiple platforms. Data Analytics: • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making for ongoing projects. Project Support: • Collaborate on several large initiatives involving EDI integration, data migration, and transformation projects to improve business operations. Process Improvement: • Provide recommendations for optimizing data flows, enhancing EDI and Salesforce processes, and reducing bottlenecks within the system. Stakeholder Communication: • Interface with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business units to understand requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure alignment with project goals.
