About the Position The Customer Experience Ambassador - Retail Operations will be responsible for: Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy Processing complex orders with 100% accuracy, from intake to filing Updating customer management systems to ensure data integrity Clarifying, diagnosing, and resolving customer order issues in a timely manner Scheduling appointments with homeowners and creating packets for sales fulfillment Handling permits, inspections, and preparing customer correspondence Identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements Communicating order fulfillment information to internal stakeholders and providing customer feedback Administering programs, such as customer referral initiatives Training colleagues on office and customer service processes Creating purchase orders, processing payments, and processing receipts as needed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2-4 years of work experience in order processing or a related field Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet software, and general computer skills Excellent phone etiquette, verbal skills, and problem-resolution abilities Intermediate writing skills and attention to detail Able to determine customer needs and assist in resolving issues Nice-to-Haves Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Health Savings Account contributions Paid holidays, PTO, and 401(k) plan with company contributions Professional development and tuition reimbursement opportunities Charity contributions and nationwide career opportunities Profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate Ready for a Rewarding Career?
