We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic individual to provide end-to-end support to our Dashers, resolving complex issues and delivering personalized solutions. As a Customer Advocate, you'll be an expert problem-solver, a passionate Dasher advocate, and an excellent communicator who knows how to adapt to the needs of our Dashers. About the Role The Final Dashination Customer Advocate is a critical member of our team, responsible for providing timely and effective support to Dashers dealing with bugs or errors. You'll work closely with our Dashers, using your de-escalation and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and provide feedback and solutions to partners. Your goal will be to create a delightful, consultative experience that exceeds our Dashers' expectations, while understanding their needs and providing them with the right DoorDash solutions.
