Full Time Commercial Loan Processor Harrah, OK Onsite Position 19979 NE 23rd St Harrah, OK 73045 Full Time POSITION SUMMARY Ideal candidate is seeking long term employment with room for advancement, is committed to providing world class customer service while complying with policy and procedure, and has an outstanding personality. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Production of consumer, commercial and TRID loan documents in compliance with regulation, bank policies, and bank procedures Communicating with title/insurance companies Assisting loan officers and customers as needed Ordering items needed for closing from different agencies World class customer service will be required at all times Consistent execution of policies and procedures Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job Share responsibility for completion of all departmental objectives REQUIREMENTS High School Graduate or High School equivalency Good computer skills Must be multi-task oriented Critical thinking skills, must work well under stress and deadlines Work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor Excellent verbal and in written communication skills Excellent work ethic Must be flexible and able to work additional hours when crucial to the branch environment Must be detail oriented, accurate, dependable and a self-starter PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Previous loan experience preferred (5 years or more) Knowledge of loan documentation and lending practices preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Constant use of computer screens Ability to operate a computer keyboard and other tasks associated with the use of computers/keyboards Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday Long periods of typing and repetitive motion Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 10 pounds Hometown service, statewide strength.
