This is a remote position. Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (Riviera Beach, FL, USA) With 1 hour unpaid break Responsibilities Responsible for onboarding new customers, Assist with policy changes, policy applications, policy renewals, billing, and claims management Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Keep records of customer interactions Process customer accounts and file documents Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Meet annual cross-sale and customer referral goals Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
