Responsibilities – Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively. – Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance to clients. – Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. – Collaborate with internal teams to improve the client experience and address any service gaps. – Monitor client feedback and communicate insights to the product development team for continuous improvement. – Prepare and deliver regular reports on client interactions and service outcomes. Requirements – Proven experience in a client service or support role, preferably in a remote setting. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. – Proficiency in using CRM software and other client management tools. – Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. – High attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional client service. Educational Qualifications – Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
