Chief Technology Officer

Manta is an innovative technology company focused on Web3 infrastructure and application development. We are at a critical growth stage and planning to launch multiple high-quality applications. We are now seeking a visionary and execution-oriented CTO to join our team and lead the implementation of our technical roadmap. Responsibilities • Lead the company’s technical direction and system architecture to build scalable, stable, and secure systems; • Manage and inspire the technical team, including frontend, backend, DevOps, and blockchain engineers; • Plan and execute the technical roadmap for Manta and its product extensions, ensuring timely delivery; • Serve as a technical representative in collaborations with project and ecosystem partners, ensuring delivery quality and efficiency; • Keep up with the latest blockchain technology trends and promote exploration and adoption of cutting-edge technologies; • Work closely with the Founder to shape overall strategy and product roadmap. Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role within the Web3 space; • Strong blockchain/Web3 background, with expertise in smart contracts, off-chain infrastructure, and Layer 1 / Layer 2 technologies preferred; • Proficient in at least two of the following: Rust, Solidity, Go, TypeScript; • Excellent team management and cross-functional communication skills; ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced environment; • Fluent in English, and able to work effectively in an international environment. Bonus Points • Proven track record of leading Web3 products from 0 to 1; • Entrepreneurial experience or having served as a core technical leader in a startup.
