This is a remote position. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM New York time (1-hour unpaid break) ​ Key Responsibilities: Lead all financial strategy, planning, and analysis for the firm. Drive accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling across multiple entities. Manage financial reporting, ensuring timely monthly and quarterly close processes. Oversee cash flow management, accounts receivable, and accounts payable operations. Support M&A activities including due diligence, financial valuation, and post-merger integration. Partner with executive leadership to assess financial performance and implement strategic plans. Optimize internal controls and financial systems for scalability and accuracy. ​ Requirements Qualifications: Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive, ideally for a U.S.-based accounting or professional services firm. Strong background in financial forecasting, budgeting, M&A , and full-cycle accounting operations. Expertise in managing accounts receivable, accounts payable , and cash flow forecasting. Proficiency in financial software systems and reporting tools (QuickBooks, and QuickBooks online Excellent command of English and ability to collaborate across time zones.
