Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in Technology Start Ups

We are seeking a CFO with a tech background who will take the lead in drafting a business plan to raise seed money. The CFO will receive stock in the start up and also stock options in lieu of a salary. Our hope is the person who joins us as the CFO to head the writing of the business plan and raising capital will stay on with the company for a salary after a Series B raise and be the CFO of the company long term.
