About the Role: The Chair of the Division of Neurosurgery will provide strategic leadership, oversee daily operations, and ensure the division's medical, administrative, educational, and research activities are aligned with our organization's mission and vision. You will be responsible for maintaining surgical privileges, staying clinically active, and ensuring resident training programs meet the highest standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving quality improvement initiatives, resolving administrative issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
