Your responsibility will be drafting for the surveying department. (Plats, Existing Conditions, site plans, grading certifications, field to finish coding, etc.) Qualifications Include: · High School Diploma or GED · Valid driver's License · Minimum of 3 years experience as a Drafter · Strong understanding of mathematics and surveying computations · Ability and/or Experience in Drafting multiple types of surveys including but not limited to Construction Staking, ALTA, Boundaries, Constructions, Elevation Certificates, Topographic Surveys, and Land Survey Plats · Ability and experience reading construction plans The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following: · Strong knowledge of surveying principles a plus · Experience with Carlson software both in the field and office · Ability to write Legal Descriptions and perform Deed and Legal Research · Ability to perform Field to Finish Coding · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Ability to handle multiple tasks Please Send Resumes to: Steven D.
