Acts as general supervisor over assigned lab activities. Requires no direct supervision, able to work alone. Qualifications Education: Baccalaureate degree in relevant science preferred. Experience: 5 years experience as Medical Technologist (MT) or Clinical Lab Specialist (CLT). Four years general Lab/multidepartment supervisory/lead experience required Technical Skills: General Bench tech skills required to provide coverage in all areas of general lab. Skill set to include all duties per CLIA description of Technical Supervisor and General Supervisor. License/Certification Continuously certified as general supervisor under Nevada State Board required; ASCP/AMT or equivalent registration preferred. Other: Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patient.
