About the position The Bilingual Evening/Weekend Client Relations Associate is a part-time remote position focused on providing exceptional support to clients as they navigate a budget and debt counseling course. The role requires effective communication in both English and Spanish, with a strong emphasis on helping clients understand course details and resolving their inquiries through various channels such as phone and online chat. A commitment to working evenings and weekends is essential for this position. Responsibilities • Provide outstanding support to Abacus clients , • Resolve inbound requests via phone, online chat, and email , • Explain technical issues to clients in a way they can understand , • Use internal tracking tools to manage client issues , • Must be available to work every Saturday night Requirements • Fluent in Spanish (speaking and writing) , • 1+ year experience in client service, retail, or educational role preferred , • Bachelor's degree preferred , • Strong written and verbal communication skills , • Well organized and able to multi-task , • Able to work independently and as a team player Nice-to-haves Benefits • Work from home Apply Job!
