BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH) MAKE READY CREW HELPERS FOR NEW CREW

IF YOU WANT TO START WORKING ASAP, are familiar with technologies including smart phones, email and smart phone apps, are a fast and efficient individual who takes pride in their work and meets all the requirements of the position, WE WANT TO TALK TO YOU!!We are starting up a new Make Ready Crew and need six (6) Make Ready Crew Helpers to become a part of our new Make Ready Crew! You will perform the renovation of our single-family homes which are located throughout the Dallas area (Mesquite, Balch Springs, Richardson, Garland, Pleasant Grove, Oak Cliff, Allen, DeSoto, etc.) as they become vacant under the guidance of a Crew Leader as well as our Renovation Manager. We strive to provide a superior product with high quality materials (either stocked in our warehouse or for purchase at Home Depot), and are looking to add forward-thinking individuals to our team. Responsibilities: • Meet job completion deadlines while maintaining superior quality of work. • Manage time spent on tasks/steps to increase efficiency. • Have experience/know how to do the following (plus more): Sub-floor, Flooring/Tile, Minor Plumbing, Minor Electrical, Siding, Framing, Sheetrock/Tape & Bed, Painting, Fencing • Must have your own tools to perform the above work; insure correct tools are used for each task and any borrowed Company tools are properly maintained and cared for. • Must own a reliable Truck or SUV for transporting material/waste. • Maintain a safe and clean work environment. • Must own a smart phone (iOS 9.0 or above, Android Version 7 or higher) for BuilderTrend time tracking system. • Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • 1-3 years previous experience in construction, maintenance or other related fields. • Familiarity with construction & maintenance tools and equipment. • Ability to handle physical workload. • Ability to work well in teams. • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
