Benefits Program Manager

Description: Lead Compliance activities for Benefits plans including 5500s, mental health parity, transparency laws requirements, ACA reporting (federal and state), various required filings and reports Manage all Canada Benefits Programs, including vendors and consultants Manage specific programs and vendor relationships in the US Work with the HR Technology team, Total Rewards team, and the Operations Team to support all benefits programs in North America Be an integral team member for US Benefits Annual Open Enrollment Partner with Communications to improve ongoing education and awareness Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 10+ Years of experience with Benefits Programs HR Systems knowledge in Benefits (Workday benefits build and testing required) Expert US Benefits Program knowledge for core programs (medical, dental, vision, retirement, etc.) and lifestyle benefits (knowledge of Canada benefits a plus) Strong background in benefits compliance Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and individually Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking and identify process improvement opportunities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail as well as the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects at once Benefits: Meaningful work in a supportive environment Competitive compensation Incentives Benefits
