Benefit EDI & Integration Specialist

Please apply here: Job Summary The Benefit EDI & Integration Specialist will be responsible in building, testing, troubleshooting and transmitting 834 files and integrations with carriers for a variety of Human Resource Management Systems (HRM), follow up with carriers is imperative. Requirements The idea candidate will possess the followings skills: • A minimum of 3 years experience with employee benefits • Experience leading or completing an HRIS/HRM implementation with a benefits module that included connecting to carriers • Ability to work independently and utilized resources to solve problems • Ability to think strategically and analytically • Comfortable with communicating with both clients and carriers, but able to focus on detail-orientated work for long periods of time • Must be organized and able think quickly to resolve problems • Experience in working with 834 and integrations in Employee Navigator is strong preferred but not required • Bachelors' Degree in a related field preferred • A combination of work experience and education will be considered Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
