Job Description As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for customers following standard recipes, and keeping the bar area clean and stocked. This is a part-time position with less than 20 hours per week, ideal for those looking for flexible schedules. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities • Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipes or customers’ preferences. • Check customer identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age. • Clean bars, tables, tools, and equipment. • Arrange bottles and glasses aesthetically. • Comply with all food and beverage regulations. • Take orders and serve snacks or food items to customers seated at the bar. Qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Proven experience as a bartender. • Good knowledge of in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. • Computer literacy. • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills. • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean. • Must meet state legal age requirements for handling alcohol. • TIPS or equivalent certification is a plus.
