We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter & Closer to join our growing team and play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients and closing deals. Job Responsibilities: Contact potential clients through phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce our services. Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team with warm leads. Engage in closing calls to convert potential clients into paying customers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and appointments in our CRM system. Follow up with prospective clients to nurture relationships and increase closing rates. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize scripts and outreach strategies. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting and sales targets. Provide feedback on call scripts and marketing materials to improve conversion rates. Requirements: Proven sales experience is REQUIRED (minimum 1-2 years in sales, appointment setting, or closing). Strong closing skills with a track record of successfully converting leads into clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and confident approach. Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple leads effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, results-driven attitude. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
