Aircraft Structural Technician

This is a direct hire opportunity. Relocation assistance is available. About the Role: Perform structural repairs, modifications, and inspections on rotorcraft airframes. Work with sheet metal, composites, and structural fittings to manufacturer and STC specifications. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and manuals to ensure precise assembly. Operate fabrication and repair tools including shears, presses, and welding equipment. Conduct teardowns, completions, and rebuilds per OEM and industry standards. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of aircraft structural experience. Hands-on experience with at least two airframe manufacturers. Strong understanding of blueprints, aviation maintenance manuals, and structural repairs. Proficiency in machining, fabrication, welding, and inspection techniques. 100% onsite role – no remote or hybrid options.
