AI Specialist - Swedish Language Skills

Join Amazon's Client Care team as an AI Specialist! This remote, full-time role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your strong Swedish language skills and problem-solving abilities to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll be a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction by proactively addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored support through phone, chat, and email. No prior customer service experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training! What you'll do: Serve as a primary point of contact for Swedish-speaking customers. Resolve customer inquiries, from product questions to account management. Utilize various tools to research, analyze, and resolve customer issues. Communicate effectively with customers in Swedish and English. Work flexible shifts (day and night) to meet customer needs, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. What we're looking for: Native or near-native fluency in Swedish (written and spoken). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Swedish and English. Proficiency in using computers and navigating online systems. Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Dedicated home workspace with reliable internet access (wired Ethernet connection). Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the UK.
